Growing up, I had always been a creative child. Artworks, drawings and building various things were how I spent a majority of my childhood. It was not until I was in my early twenties that I finally caught the photography bug. I picked up my first film SLR when I was 21, given to me by my father. It was an old 1970's Nikon full metal body with a 50mm 1.4 lens. Curious and intrigued by all the numbers and dials, I spent months trying to learn and understand the techical aspect of things.

I saw my photos and compared it to magazines and publications and immediate got inspired. I too, wanted to be able to do such a thing. I taught myself the artwork behind composition and light, and attended Langara College for their renowed photography program in order to refine my work. But perhaps the biggest reason why I enjoy this so much is that it brings out the inner child in me. Photographing, creating and retouching allows my mind to explore wherever it wants and that just feels good.

My mission is to make you look your best being your natural self. I want to photograph not only the physical features, but the inner you. Let me know how I can help you.
